Russ Zokaites

Russ Zokaites is a active performer and clinician throughout the country. He has performed with the Dayton Philharmonic and along side the American Brass Quintet. Russ’ solo debut was with the Rocky Mountain Brass Works in Denver, CO. He has attended the Aspen Music Festival and School, twice, studying with John Rojak, Warren Deck, and Per Brevig. In 2007, Russ toured the Black Sea, visiting Greece, Bulgaria, Ukraine, Georgia and Turkey. In the spring of 2011 Russ was the interim band director at Powell Middle School in Littleton, CO.

Zokaites holds a masters of music from the University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music and a bachelors of music with emphasis in education from the University of South Carolina.
